QUALITY POLICY
Primary objectives of Titanox Srl are to use the Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI CEI EN ISO 13485 standards as a management tool for all the organization's processes and products in order to satisfy the needs and expectations of the interested parties, and to achieve and maintain, through the offer of its products and services, a primary reputation in terms of Quality; also focusing on the analysis of risks/opportunities and on the monitoring of the actions set to reduce the risks.
To achieve these objectives, Titanox Srl intends to follow this policy towards the interested parties:
- Search for new market shares also through the care of the corporate image
- Consolidation of historical customers and satisfaction of their requests
- Obtaining the quality level established by the company Quality Management System documentation of the product quality level
- Education and training of personnel
- Product compliance with applicable technical standards and directives
- Operate in compliance with the law, ethical principles and social responsibility towards employees, customers and the community
- Tracking and tracing of the product
- Prevention of defects and product safety
- Regularly check the proper functioning of tools and machinery
- Offer adequate environmental conditions to employees
- Improve internal and external communication processes
The indicated objectives must be pursued methodically and consistently, with the awareness that the improvement project requires a positive attitude and a joint effort on the part of all members of the company organization.
The economic result remains one of the Company's prerogatives in order to be able to count on the liquidity necessary to meet the needs of personnel and suppliers, but it is also a fundamental prerequisite so that the Company can see its efforts remunerated and can support the choices of improvement, consolidation and expansion.
